Spent the last few weeks making macarons like crazy…

I wanted to make some passionfruit curd for a new macaron flavour, so I guess I might as well share that. XD

I was watching a bit of Antique Bakery the other day and realised that I&#8217;ve never made choux a la creme before. (yeah, I used a fancy word for &#8220;cream puff&#8221;, what do you wanna do?) xDD
So, I made some mini puffs this morning and 5 mysteriously disappeared while cooling&#8230; -licks cream off lips- I swear I don&#8217;t know what happened to them&#8230; xD
I filled them with some hazelnut praline pastry creme I made the other day.

I know this isn&#8217;t really considered &#8220;baking&#8221;, but you never know when you&#8217;re gonna need a bunch of croutons. =D Just in case you have leftover bread, just made a salad or (if you&#8217;re odd like me) you can eat &#8216;em as a snack. xD

Pavlovas and most meringues are known for being &#8220;crispy on the outside and marshmallowy on the inside&#8221;, but I like my pavlovas dry all the way through. After a bit of experimenting, I&#8217;ve managed to make a perfectly crispy and melt-in-your-mouth pavlova without any chewy toffee-like bits and eggy fluff in the middle. (of course, if you like it soft and fluffy inside, good for you ^^)I posted a how-to on my blogspot, so if you want a crisp pavlova, be sure to check it out. =D
